This un-built project was for the redevelopment of two plots with into a single residence on grounds of an acre within the Farnborough Park Conservation Area.

The design consists of a symmetrical /axial plan with a central house in a Queen Anne Revival style on three floors plus basement, with two flanking wings to accommodate staff and a large leisure complex incorporating an indoor pool and gymnasium.
